Simple Page Studios creates and sells stationery, notepads, stickers, gift boxes, book-themed products, digital products, and personalized items.

Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because computer and mobile screens display colors differently, actual colors may vary slightly from the images shown online.
Handmade products may have small variations in color, placement, cutting, sizing, or assembly. These minor variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Product availability, designs, prices, and descriptions may change without notice.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorized
- Pricing or product information contains an error
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized
- Personalization instructions cannot be completed as submitted
- The order violates these Terms and Conditions
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, sizes, quantities, breeds, designs, and other personalization information before submitting an order.
We will produce personalized products using the information entered during checkout. Simple Page Studios is not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.
We may contact you if instructions are unclear. Delayed responses may delay production and shipment. If we cannot obtain the information needed to complete an order, we may cancel and refund it.
Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or contain an error made by Simple Page Studios.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production or order preparation has begun.
Unused, eligible, non-personalized physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Additional requirements, exclusions, and instructions are provided in our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our direct control. Please contact us if an order appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Because digital files are available for access or download after purchase, digital-product purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or when the file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Digital products are licensed for the use described in the applicable product listing. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the design or copyright.
Intellectual Property
The website and its contents—including product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and digital files—are owned by or licensed to Simple Page Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
